Our herd of 85 Jersey cows produces milk that's naturally higher in protein, calcium, and phosphorus. These heritage breed cows have been perfecting their milk for six centuries.
Our cows graze year-round on Indiana pastures, enjoying fresh alfalfa in summer and specially preserved wet-wrapped alfalfa in winter, using traditional Irish farming techniques.
